(Organisations with more than 40 staff - priced packages will be negotiated)

Minimum of 10, Maximum of 20 per session. 9.30AM - 4.30PM

• Improving Service Delivery for Aboriginal clients and communities
• How to engage with Aboriginal Communities
• Communicating effectively with Aboriginal clients
• A brief but in depth look at the comparative Black and White history of Australia and how it affects current work practices and Aboriginal people in today's society
• Sharing and learning of stories - personal and work experiences

"Job Search Training for Aboriginal clients"
($350 per client, minimum of 10 clients, maximum of 15)

Modules include:

• Attitude's - The importance of attitude when finding a job
• Employment Goals - And over coming the barriers that try to stop us from achieving goals
• Identifying Skills - Job, personal and transferable
• Selling yourself to employers - becoming a good salesperson
• How to find the right job the right way
• Comparisons on traditional ways and how they adapt to contemporary society (Sharing of Cultural Stories)
• Keeping the job - what can I do to keep the job?
• Sharing stories of success - How people have achieved against the odds

My main passion is Indigenous Affairs and reconciliation. It is only through understanding and awareness of differences that can make us get along with each other. If we understand each other, it will make the communities we live in happier, united and safer for all Australians.
